top 5 favourite music videos

(in no particular order)

Foo Fighters - Everlong from Tanya Andersen on Vimeo.

Foo Fighters - Everlong

i like this video because of its comedic sense. the video doesn't really fit the song's narrative, but it does however fit the songs rhythm and beats, making certain camera changes and actions when certain instruments are played or lyrics are sung.

Fatboy Slim - The Joker from Jon Watts on Vimeo.

Fatboy Slim - Joker

i really like this video as it is so funny and makes me love the song more. the small kittens being used as characters to concert goers is brilliant as it takes what is considered to be a nasty atmosphere, and spices it up to awesomeness. throughout the whole video, their are links to the lyrics, which are useful to help understand the song that bit better.

Serj Tankian - Empty Walls from andrio on Vimeo.

Serj Tankian - Empty Walls

this video as well as also having a slight bit of fun to it, represents the world and i find fits well to the lyrics and what the musician stands for. it shows the worst of real life but in a fun environment giving the impression that the whole thing is childish. it also fits the music brilliantly, both lyrical and musical, and is also visually impressive.

Virtual Insanity from Hana on Vimeo.

Jamiroquai - Virtual Insanity

this video is just pure awesomeness as it is so weird yet wonderful. it fits the title of the song "virtual insanity" perfectly and goes well with the music. this one i Will defiantly be analysing.
